Pakistan–US Tech Connect 2026 in Chicago recently brought together leading Pakistani technology firms to promote business partnerships in the Midwest.
In a press release, Pakistan consulate general in Chicago said that co-hosted by the embassy of Pakistan, Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN) Global, the conference featured remarks by Ambassador Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, Illinois State Representative Justin Slaughter, State Senator Laura Murphy, Illinois Economic Development Corporation’s Daniel Bellefleur, PSEB CEO Faisal Jaidy, Ignite CEO Bilal Abbasi and OPEN Global President Tariq Khan.
Company presentations, panel discussions and networking highlighted Pakistan’s technology talent and opportunities for collaboration with American businesses.
Consul General Zaman Mehdi thanked government, private-sector and diaspora partners for joining hands to advance Pakistan–US technology ties.
