Support for US Congress Elections

Support for Pakistani-American woman Bushra Amiwala, candidate for Congress election from IL-9 – Illinois’s 9th Congressional District has been increasing.

In a recent post on X, Indian American Impact, extended their support to her and said; “We’re thrilled to endorse Bushra Amiwala for Congress in IL-9! A history-making public servant and education advocate, Bushra is running to expand opportunity, protect fundamental rights, and bring a new generation of leadership to Washington.”

The 2026 United States House of Representatives elections are scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Voters will elect representatives from all 435 congressional districts across each of the 50 US states, and five of the six non-voting delegates from the District of Columbia and the inhabited US territories.
