Award Ceremony for NZMA Members

Dr Faisal Aziz Ahmed, high commissioner (HC) of Pakistan to New Zealand, recently joined local members of Parliament, police officials and CEO Ministry of Ethnic Communities at the awards ceremony of New Zealand Muslim Association (NZMA), the oldest Muslim organization in New Zealand, and a key component of of Federation of Islamic Associations in New Zealand (FIANZ).
The awards recognized outstanding contributions of NZMA members. Pakistanis are an integral part of the fabric of the Muslim community of New Zealand. Proud to see Kiwi Pakistanis working shoulder to shoulder with their brethren from around the world to represent Islam and Muslims in Aotearoa New Zealand, the HC noted in a post on X.
