Melbourne Attracts Mango Lovers

Pakistani Mango and Multicultural Food Festival 2026, recently organized by High Commission (HC) of Pakistan, Australia and Consulate General of Pakistan, Melbourne was a resounding success.
Premier of Victoria Jacinta Allan MP was the chief guest, while a large number of federal and state members of Parliament including Federal Assistant Minister Julian Hill, State Minister Lily D’ Ambrosio were in attendance, said a post on social media by the high commission.
A special highlight was the multicultural cultural pavilions, featuring captivating cultural displays from Pakistan, China, Türkiye, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
In her remarks, Premier of Victoria appreciated the initiative taken by Pakistan’s mission and termed it a positive contribution towards the multicultural milieu of Victoria.
Irfan Shaukat, high commissioner of Pakistan to Australia, in his remarks commended the Pakistani community for their valuable contributions towards both Australia and Pakistan.
The festival celebrated the sweetness of Pakistani mangoes, the richness of multiculturalism, and the enduring friendship between Pakistan and Australia.
