Discusses Expanding Footprints in Japan

Abdul Hameed, ambassador of Pakistan to Japan, recently hosted a dinner in Tokyo for representatives of Pakistan’s denim industry including Artistic Milliners, Chottani Industries.
The discussion focused on strengthening Pakistan’s positioning in the Japanese market, expanding engagement with Japanese brands and trading houses, and exploring opportunities for collaboration in denim, sustainable textiles, fashion and product development, the embassy said in an X post.
The embassy encouraged the participating companies to move beyond conventional sourcing discussions and explore Japan-specific product development, designer collaborations, sustainable materials and long-term partnerships with Japanese companies.
