Rawalpindi Medical College Alumni Association of North America (RMCAA-NA) is where memories are kept alive and friendships are picked up right where they left off.
Born from the proud legacy of RMC in Rawalpindi, the association brings together graduates who have spread out across the United States and Canada, yet never drifted too far from their roots.
No matter how far they have gone or how high they have climbed, the alumni have not forgotten where they started out. RMCAA-NA helps them stay in touch, catch up, and look out for one another. It is a place where old classmates bump into each other at reunions, swap stories about their student days, and laugh until the early hours. Time may fly, but the bond they built back in medical school still holds up.
Beyond nostalgia, the association rolls up its sleeves and gets down to business. Members chip in to support scholarships, step up during fundraising drives, and reach out when their alma mater needs a helping hand. When challenges crop up, they don’t shy away – they pull together and work things out. After all, many hands make light work.
RMCAA-NA also plays a key role in helping young graduates settle in across North America. Starting over in a new healthcare system can feel overwhelming, but alumni are quick to show newcomers the ropes. They pass on advice about licensing exams, residency programs, and career paths, helping them find their feet and move forward with confidence. Instead of going it alone, young doctors have a network they can lean on.
Through conferences, community events, and social gatherings, the association keeps the spirit of RMC alive. It proves that you can move halfway around the world and still stay connected to where you came from.
In the end, RMCAA-NA is not just an organization – it is a family that sticks together through thick and thin, always ready to lend a hand and carry the torch forward.
