Tariq Rafique Bhatti, senior journalist and prominent overseas Pakistani based in Spain, recently called on Syed Qamar Raza, Chairman Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), in his office at Islamabad.
A post on X by OPF noted; “During the meeting, Tariq Rafique Bhatti appreciated the initiatives and efforts being undertaken by OPF.”
