KP Approves Special Court
for Overseas Pakistanis

Syed Qamar Raza, chairman Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF), recently shared that the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa approved the establishment of a special court for the overseas Pakistanis.
In his post on X, the chairman said; “Cngratulations! The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has approved the establishment of a Special Court for Overseas Pakistanis under the Establishment of Special Court Act, 2024. This landmark initiative will facilitate the disposal of property-related cases within 90 days.”
