British Councilor Qaisar Abbas Gondal, patron-in-chief of Hope of Overseas Pakistanis UK and 49th deputy mayor of Thurrock (England), recently met Syed Qamar Raza Chairman Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF).
The chairman congratulated Raza on his appointment as deputy mayor.
