APPNA Holds First Virtual
Town Hall for Office-bearers

Association of Pakistani Descent Physicians of North America (APPNA), in an effort to foster transparency and dialogue, recently held its first ever town hall for 2026 via Zoom.
A post on X by the association noted; “In attendance were members of the BOD [board of directors], council members as well as chairs and co-chairs of APPNA committees 2026.”
The attendees had the opportunity to ask questions directly to President Dr Babar Rao and members of the BOD about the vision and impact for this year.
The ideas ranging from educational initiatives to empowerment of young and early career physicians as well as streamlining of APPNA governance were discussed in detail.
