Pakistan Envoy Hosts Lebanese
Politicians, Business Leaders in Beirut

Salman Athar, ambassador of Pakistan to Lebanon, recently hosted a dinner at Pakistan House in honor of distinguished Lebanese political, civic, and business leaders.
The guests included, among others, Bahia Hariri, former minister of Education and former member of parliament; Abdul Rahman Bizri, member of parliament; Dr Osama Saad, member of parliament; Ahmad Hariri, senior Lebanese political leader; Engineer Mustafa Hijazi, mayor of Saida; and Mohammad Saleh, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Saida and South Lebanon.
The guests were briefed and also shown short videos on various aspects of Pakistan’s economy, culture, tourism potential, heritage and development achievements.
The gathering reaffirmed the longstanding friendship between Pakistan and Lebanon and the shared commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations.
