Embassy Collaborates with School in Buenos Aires
to Hold Painting Competition on Qaid-e-Azam

As part of activities commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Hassan Afzal Khan, ambassador of Pakistan to Argentina, and his spouse, along with officers of the embassy recently visited Escuela República Islámica de Pakistán in Buenos Aires.
In a press release, the embassy said that in collaboration with the school’s Art Department, a painting competition was organized where students enthusiastically participated, expressing their creativity and learning more about Pakistan and its founding father. A display of students’ artwork was also held, showcasing their talent and interest.
During the visit, the ambassador interacted with students and shared insights on the teachings, vision, and historic role of Quaid-e-Azam in the creation of Pakistan. The session also turned into an engaging cultural exchange, with students asking thoughtful questions about Pakistan, its people, and traditions.
To further promote friendship and cultural understanding, made-in-Pakistan footballs, sports goods, and paintings depicting Pakistan’s beautiful landscapes were presented to the school. The school administration highly appreciated the embassy’s outreach initiative, recognizing it as a meaningful effort to strengthen cultural ties and awareness about Pakistan.
