APF to Hold Panel Discussion on Voices in Foreign
Policy with South Asian Experts on April 3

American Pakistan Foundation (APF) is going to organize a panel discussion about what it means to navigate foreign policy spaces as a South Asian in New York City on April 3, 2026.
In a post on X, APF said; “Join us for ‘Voices in Foreign Policy: From Community to Capital’, a conversation with South Asian professionals working across international affairs. Our panelists will share their personal journeys, the challenges of representation, and how identity and community shape their paths in global policy spaces.”
Farwa Aamer, director of South Asia Initiatives at Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI), will be the moderator for the discussion. The two panelists will be Maryum Saifee, former diplomat at US Department of State and founding Muslim Americans in Public Service, and Ameena Razzaque, diplomat at US Department of State.
