Remember Late NYPD Officer Adeel

Adeel Fayaz, Pakistan-origin officer of New York Police Department (NYPD), was recently remembered on the eve of his third death anniversary. He was shot dead during a robbery on February 7, 2023.
Adeel Rana, first Pakistani-American Inspector in NYPD, in his X post said; “Honored to attend the 3rd Annual Memorial for Hero Police Officer Adeed Fayaz, who was tragically taken from us three years ago.”
Rana further said; “Standing alongside his family, fellow officers, and members of the community was a powerful reminder that true heroes are never forgotten. Adeed’s courage, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting others continue to inspire us every day.
It was moving to see everyone come together to share stories, offer support, and keep his legacy alive.”
