Pakistan High Commission for Australia to
Hold Consular Camp in Brisbane from Feb 14

Pakistan High Commission for Australia recently announced through a press release that it was going to organized a consular camp in Brisbane, Queensland for two days on February 14 and 15.
The statement said that camp was being held to facilitate the Pakistani community in Queensland and provide consular services at their doorsteps. The timings for receipt of applications is from 10am to 3pm on February 14, Saturday and from 1:50pm to 6pm on February 15, Sunday.
The venue for the consular camp is Brisbane City Council, Acacia Ridge Community Hall, 13 Coley St, Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110. The contact emails is counsellor@pakistan.org.au
The statement noted that the consular services to be provided by the staff included; attestation of documents and power of attorney, police clearance certificate applications, receipt of applications for child registration, receipt of application for driving license verification, information regarding online passport and Pakistan online visa services.
The high commission further noted that machine-readable passport and NICOP facilities will not be available at the consular camp as these facilities are available online.

Registration is compulsory. The consular services will only be provided to applicants who have pre-registered. Pre-registration ensures that the consular team can effectively prepare for the visit and deliver services efficiently at the consular camp, the statement noted.
Explaining the mode of payment, the high commission said that the payment can be made through EFTPOS or Postal Money Order/Bank Draft of A$20/- per document in favour of the “High Commission for Pakistan, Canberra.
